Meals on Wheels needs to raise $36,000 in additional funds each year to reinstate our 5 day delivery and congregate services. Wesak (May 13-15, 2011) will donate a significant portion of its net profit to Mealson Wheels.

We are happy to hear ideas from the public regarding fundraising. Perhaps you are in a group that could do an event, or a member of a church that could take up a collection. The possibilities are endless, and we will help if you need us.

Meals on Wheels, Shasta Area provides Meals-on-Wheels contributes to the overall well-being of seniors by providing regular nutrition and daily contact with a caring volunteer allowing them to continue to live independently in their own homes, with dignity and self-respect.
